EMS FAST FIT was created to fill the very real need for an HIGHLY EFFECTIVE personal training solution, that gaurantees REAL RESULTS in the MOST TIME-EFFICIENT manner, all conducted from the safety and comfort of YOUR OWN HOME!

We recognised that most of us would love to be in TIP-TOP physical shape, but the reality is we just don’t have the TIME in a day or the ENERGY to spend hours and hours in the gym.
And with the fact that we are all living and struggling through the terrible COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC, and many of us don't want to leave the house (unless we need to), let alone go to a CROWDED, SWEATY gym.

We are a mobile personal training service that uses the UNDENIABLE POWER of EMS training to provide all of our clients' with arguably THE MOST EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT personal training solution AVAILABLE on the market today! In just 1 X 20 MINUTE SESSION, you can expect the SAME RESULTS as a FULL WEEK's worth of intense strength training in the gym, all from the COMFORT and SAFETY of YOUR OWM HOME.

OUR PHILOSOPHY AND METHODOLOGY:

We strongly believe that everyone is an individual and that each of our clients requires a programme designed to fulfill their specific needs and desired training outcomes.
That’s why the first step, for ALL of our clients is to receive a FREE evaluation and trial session. The first step is crucial and ivolves us evaluating our clients’. We do this by determining each individual's initial (base) physical stats - such as height, weight, BMI, max heart rate etc. We then determine each client's body goals and set desired training outcomes for each programmes. We then familiarise each client with EMS training by conducting a short, trial training session to show them what it is all about.
Our trainers then carefully design a training programme for each client, around their own specific needs, requirements and desired outcomes, and agree upon a schedule that works best for both parties ( eg: Gain muscle, lose fat, improve performance, improve balance and posture etc).
Our trainers then focus their attention on the actual training sessions, always aiming to give our client’s the most value for their money, by ensuring each and every session is INTENSE AND FOCUSED and that every single session moves our clients’ a step closer to reaching their goals.
We believe the only way to truly determine exactly how much progress each client is making, is by continually evaluating and assessing each clients, and using this feedback to determine the efficacy of training and adjusting each programme accordingly.

Method to our madness:
Step 1
DEMO & EVALUATION
This is the first step in your journey with the EMS Fast Fit, a FREE DEMO-SESSION, whereby we introduce you to the amazing world of EMS Training.
​
This includes a FREE EVALUATION - whereby we measure your current key physical stats (Weight, BMI, max heart-rate etc), to get an idea of your current physical standing and to use as a reference (base-level) to measure future progression.
​
The second half of the session is the demo part, which is when you get into the suit for a quick intro session, just to get a feel for the amazing power of EMS.
Step 2
SET GOALS &
DESIGN PROGRAMME
Here we help you define your own, particular EMS training goals & desired outcomes.
And then design a training programme to help you crush them!

Our EMS programmes are all designed and modified around each clients own specific goals, needs and fitness levels.
​
Some common training goals our programmes specialise in, include:

Gaining Muscle.
Losing weight.
Improving athletic performance – in terms of strength, speed, stamina and endurance.
Correcting posture and relieving aches and pain -including chronic back-pain!
Reducing and preventing signs of cellulite

START TRAINING
Finally, the fun part... the actual EMS workouts!
These training sessions are conducted by our fully qualified instructors, in the COMFORT and SAFETY of your OWN HOME -
NO CROWDS, NO TRAFFIC, NO HASSLE!
